Lensbaby recently had a great sale on their tilt shift lenses, so I picked up a Sweet 35 Optic. The lens does not communicate electronically with the camera body, so you have to adjust the settings and focus manually. Needless to say, there is a bit of a learning curve and it’s quite challenging to get the focus just right, but I’m having a lot of fun experimenting with it!
I’ve been having so much fun taking pictures lately… thanks for looking!

One of my goals for this year is to continue to learn more about photography. If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you probably remember that last year I did a Project 52 (which involved taking one photo a week based on a theme). This year I’ve decided to ramp things up a bit by setting a goal to use my DSLR to take a photo of something/anything most days of the week (I guess you could call it a semi-Project 365). Here are some of the photos I’ve taken so far this year:
Thanks for looking, and have a wonderful week! 🙂
